1. Turn off the water supply.
2. Flush the toilet.
3. Twist to remove the cap.
4. Remove the seal.
5. Hold the cup over the opening, and slowly turn on the water to clear any debris.
6. Turn off the water.
7. Gently push the nipple onto the stem in the cap. DO NOT BEND the stem.
8. Twist the cap back into place.
9. Turn on the water.
